The company provided healthcare insurance is covered by the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) under Article 18, Section 1. Unlike the salaried employees, we have three options to choose from:

The Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) provides employees with up to 12 weeks of unpaid, job-protected leave per year. During your leave your health insurance shall be maintained. The Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) addresses the FMLA under Article 16, Section 7.

The decision to retire is something we hope all our members will someday have to make. This page is here for those members that need assistance and information on retirement.

Many of our Membership share a relationship with the Military, and sometimes are required to take a Military Leave. The Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) covers leave for Military duty under Article 20, Section 3.

In the event a Union Member is injured on Company Property, during Company Time, the members pay is covered by the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) under Article 17.
