Many of our Membership share a relationship with the Military, and sometimes are required to take a Military Leave. The Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) covers leave for Military duty under Article 20, Section 3. For Military training that is over thirty (30) days but less than five (5) years, employees can reference BIW standard procedure 02-10, Leave of Absence - Hourly Employees.
