Membership Resources

The BMDA Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) is the primary negotiated contract between the membership of the BMDA and the company. The CBA covers topics like wages, hours, benefits, and terms and conditions of employment. The CBA attached below is effective March 21st, 2022 through March 23rd, 2026. The digital document is searchable and if you have any questions about its content then please contact the Union Hall.

The Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) is not the only contractual language that impacts BMDA members. There are Grievance Settlement Agreements, Memorandum of Agreements (MOA), and Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). These contractual documents are supplemental or in addition to the CBA.  Please see the list of active Agreements and Memorandums below.

The BMDA has members that work in Norfolk Virginia, Jacksonville Florida, Rota Spain, San Diego California, Everett Washington, Oahu Hawaii, and Yokosuka Japan. There are also temporary assignments to other locations that our members work at. Members at these locations have the same rights as the rest of our membership. We encourage all members at off-site facilities to stay involved with the BMDA and build solidarity amongst your co-workers.
