The BMDA Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) is the primary negotiated contract between the membership of the BMDA and the company. The CBA covers topics like wages, hours, benefits, and terms and conditions of employment. The CBA attached below is effective March 21st, 2022 through March 23rd, 2026. By-Laws provide the rules on how your local union operates. They define your rights and responsibilities as a local member, they say how elections will be run, and they set the powers for your officers. A scanned copy of the BMDA By-Laws is available below.
