The company provided healthcare insurance is covered by the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) under Article 18, Section 1. Unlike the salaried employees, we have three options to choose from:
- Physician Open Access (POA)
- Primary Care Physician Select (PCP Select)
- Personal Health Account Plan (PHAP)
Each of these options are described in the CBA and are available to all BMDA employees and to new BMDA employees that have completed three hundred and sixty (360) hours worked during the probation period. The company provided website to manage this benefit can be found here:
