Local 259 Successfully Strikes South Shore Kia

Local 259 is pleased to announce that after seven days of being on strike, members at South Shore Kia reached a tentative agreement that was ratified on Thursday and are now back to work.

This first contract provides strong wage improvements, 40.0 weekly guarantee, employer pays 100% of medical and pension, along with other significant gains. Our members should be recognized for their bravery in fighting this boss & winning economic justice!
