Take Action on International Women's Day

In honor of International Women’s Day, the UAW Women’s Department is asking all members to sign the ERA Coalition’s petition to bring H.J. Res. 25 to the House floor for a vote.

Massachusetts Congresswoman Ayanna Pressley, one of the ERA Caucus co-chairs, has a discharge petition for this resolution to affirm the Equal Rights Amendment, which has the support of 206 House of Representatives members—but it needs 218 signatures to move to the floor for a vote.
