Following in the footsteps of 1,300 workers at the University of Vermont, University of New Hampshire, and Worcester Polytechnic Institute who voted to join the UAW last week, the Harvard Academic Workers, representing 4,000 non-tenure track faculty at Harvard, won two union elections this week!

On Wednesday, the 100 clinical faculty at Harvard Law School won their union in a landslide with strong majority turnout and 95% of the vote. And on Friday, the nearly 4,000 workers at the Faculty of Arts and Sciences, Harvard Medical School, and Harvard Divinity School won their union with 93% of the vote! Congratulations to our newest UAW members in higher education.
