UAW Testifies Alongside Amazon Teamsters in Support of NYC's Delivery Protection Act

New York City union members joined Amazon Teamsters for a rally at City Hall yesterday in support of the Delivery Protection Act, landmark legislation that seeks to end Amazon's exploitation of subcontracted delivery drivers across the five boroughs.

Association of Legal Advocates and Attorneys (UAW Local 2325) member Richard Blum later testified before the NYC City Council in support of the act. Thank you to Councilmember Tiffany Cabán for introducing this important bill and Councilmember Harvey Epstein for chairing the hearing.
