Competitive Shop/Independents, Parts, & Supplier (CS/IPS) Conference

We’re excited to announce the upcoming UAW CS/IPS Conference, happening April 20–23, 2026! This year’s conference is expanding in a big way. This year we will be offering a broader range of classes and more in-depth educational opportunities designed to educate, empower, and mobilize our local unions like never before.

As the challenges facing our members continue to evolve, so must our skills, strategies, and solidarity. This year’s conference will provide enhanced training sessions focused on strengthening leadership, building member engagement, sharpening  strategies, and preparing local unions to meet today’s demands head-on.
