Communities across the state are in dire need of funding for important public services like healthcare, public K-12 education, public higher education, and policies that care for us in this crisis. We know that in order to respond to federal threats against our people and public services the governor must declare a state of emergency, suspend the guardrails and raise revenue.
We’re asking Governor Lamont: whose side are you on? Will you side with Elon Musk and Trump with terrorizing our communities and making the working class pay the price (or) will you side with us to tax your wealthy friends, suspend the fiscal guardrails, and protect our communities?
