A massive wave of over 100,000 workers in the higher education sector have organized with the UAW and other unions in the last few years. In this workshop we will discuss this upsurge in mobilization on campuses, the organizing strategies used, and the current fights facing researchers, teaching assistants, staff, faculty, and more.
