The Property Committee is in charge of the care and maintenance of Union property, buildings and improvements to said property of buildings.  The committee shall know the condition and affect the repair of furniture and equipment owned or leased by the Union.  The committee shall also project future needs and initiate the purchase or lease of additional or replacement furniture or equipment.
