The Property Committee is in charge of the care and maintenance of Union property, buildings and improvements to said property of buildings.  The committee shall know the condition and affect teh repair of furniture and equipment owned or leased by the Union.  The committee shall also project furture needs and initiate the purchase or lease of additional or replacement furniture or equipment.

The committee will establish and enforce the rules for use of the property.  The rules will be presented to the Executive Board and the Executive Council for approval.  A copy of all rules will be posted in the building.
