Pam joined NOLSW as a member in 2000 as a staff attorney at Maryland Legal Aid and immediately became an active member of MDLAW, serving on the healthcare committee, several bargaining committees, and processing grievances and ultimately serving as unit chair.  Pam left Maryland Legal Aid in 2006 to dedicate her full-time energies to union work as a National Negotiator for the National Treasury Employees Union (NTEU) where she negotiated contracts with federal agencies and successfully prosecuted national grievances. 

NOLSW has always been her union home, so when presented with a chance to serve as the Mid-Atlantic Organizer for NOLSW, Pam welcomed the opportunity and joined the staff of NOLSW in February 2008.

In October, 2012, Pam was appointed to serve as Financial Secretary-Treasurer by the National Executive Board (NEB), and was elected to that position in 2013 and 2016. Pam was appointed by the NEB to serve as President in July 2018 and was elected by the membership in 2019.

When she is not working, Pam enjoys spending time with her family and friends, playing bar trivia, traveling, and engaging in May Day inspired shenanigans!
