Officer: Martha Fletcher John F. Saffomilla and Roy Colville Scholarship 2025 Annually ten scholarships of $3000 are awarded to graduating high school seniors, pursuing a higher education, who meet qualifying guidelines. This award is limited to children whose parents or legal guardian is a Local 571 member in good standing.
