Day 7 - Bargaining Update

Good afternoon Brothers and Sisters, 

The plant was covered in red shirts today! Thank you to everyone who showed up and showed out! The Union continued working on counterproposals and held small-table discussions. We have now submitted 12 more counters to the company as we continue bargaining in good faith.

The ball is now in the company’s court. We are awaiting its response, they are preparing a comprehensive package of non-economic proposals. We are still fighting to protect our members from the company’s attacks on job security and seniority.

Friday, We Move to Economics. We’ll have major updates for the membership as we begin the next phase of negotiations.

It was great talking with members at the gates today. The solidarity you’re showing throughout the plant sends a clear message.
