Day 15 - Daily Bargaining Update - 10/26/2026

Good afternoon Brothers and Sisters,

Today, we are continuing to work on a full, comprehensive package that we plan to present to the company tomorrow. We are putting in the work to bring everything together and make sure our proposals address the priorities and needs of our membership.

As we approach the contract deadline, it is important that we continue to stand together and show the company that we are united and serious about reaching a fair agreement.

This Wednesday, October 28, at 11:30 AM, Local 405 members will rally with a health walk at 1 Charter Oak Boulevard in West Hartford to show management our strength and solidarity ahead of the contract deadline. ALL MEMBERS PLEASE ATTEND!!

We have come a long way, and we need to continue standing together. Our unity is our strength, and now is the time to show the company that Local 405 will not back down from fighting for the contract our members deserve.
