With 79% voting YES, and 21% voting NO, our union has ratified our new contract! This is a victory built on our unity, our voice, and our determination to stand together. While not every member agreed, this strong majority shows the power of collective action.

This contract is more than words on paper—it’s a reflection of our solidarity and the progress we can achieve when we fight as one. Thank you to every member who engaged, debated, and voted. Together, we move forward stronger than ever.
