Greetings my fellow Union Members,

My name is Heather Sanford, and I am running for the office of Vice President of our Union, Local 2121.

In my 18 years as a dealer, I have become a Dual Rate, Safety Committee Secretary, and proud Union Steward. I was part of the team that helped plan & implement safety protocols with management, Including helping to teach the OSHA/Covid-19 informational classes prior to reopening. I volunteer my personal time in & out of work as well as in the Union office. I personally attend almost all monthly membership meetings as well as the bi-weekly safety meetings with management. I am happy to act as a liaison to express & resolve your safety concerns. I’ve handled various cases as a Steward and have helped many of my fellow members.

I pride myself for being present and approachable and am always willing to help answer any questions and concerns, day, or night. I stand up to management and fight for the rights, and safety of my fellow members. My goal has never been with titles and positions, it has always been to ensure that our members have a voice and feel their words are heard.
