For those who don’t already know me, my name is Chris Messinger.  I am a 28-year dealer at Foxwoods and have been involved with the Union from the beginning.  Upon inception of the Union, I was made Chief Steward and still hold that position.  Over the years I have overseen thousands of disciplinary cases, assisted in arbitrations, helped negotiate contracts, addressed, and resolved safety concerns, and am an experienced organizer. I am Co-Chair for Health and Safety and a Member of the Bargaining Committee. I believe I have shown the dedication and experience to lead this Local. I am not afraid to speak my mind and believe in transparency. If elected as your Vice President, I believe I have the necessary experience to not only get the job done but to also make changes that will benefit our members.  Thus, I am asking you to put your trust in my experience and leadership and vote for me, Chris Messinger, for Vice President of UAW Local 2121.
